Akariel
Fury of the Crescent Moon

Akariel is one of the wandering wolves that have arrived from the East. She is a child of the crescent moon, shapeshifting only under the cold silver light of the fang and scythe. Her pelt is the colour of midnight, while deep in her eyes dance strange flames of icy sapphire. She has a lingering scar upon her left shoulder, and another smaller bite mark above her left breast, both souvenirs from the battles of her past. She wears a silver necklace around her throat; a delicate lapis lazuli pendant dangles from its chain.

Of her past, not much is known; it is rumoured that Akariel was a child priestess of a dark and alien deity, and is still serving him today. She neither confirms nor denies the rumour, though she seems to be amused by the suggestion. On one occasion, Akariel has mentioned that she lost her family, but refused to go into further details.

Akariel has recently graduated from the Blood Brotherhood Academy and is now a member of the Blood Brotherhood. The clan provides her with military training along with a sense of belonging, and she pledges her life and strength to the pack in return.
